Beau Gooch
Co-owner

Beau comes from a background working in sales and marketing within the technology industry. After years of work in that field, Beau wanted to do something more meaningful and work in the ResHab Community. In his downtime, Beau enjoys fly fishing, bird watching, playing guitar, going to Yellowstone, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters.

Mike Gooch
Co-owner

Mike worked in education for years, teaching high school history and English as a second language, while also coaching youth sports teams. Mike loves connecting with people and being able to use his education background to work with those in the ResHab community. In his free time, Mike enjoys live music, traveling, birding, watching soccer, and hanging out with friends and family.

Jared Gooch
Co-owner

Jared comes from a background working in Client Success within the Tech Industry. After 9 years in the Tech Industry, much like Beau, Jared was ready for a more fulfilling career in Residential Habilitation. Spends his free time with his wife and 3 boys. He enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors at parks with his kids or birding.

Brynn Gooch
Office Manager

Brynn, with a ten-year background in childcare and teaching preschool, is known as the introvert of the company; she brings a calm and organized presence to our team, ensuring smooth operations and cohesion. Outside of work, she finds solace in reading and cherishing moments with her family during her downtime.

Logan Calacal
Quality Assurance Manager

Logan Calacal has a background in home healthcare, where he worked with neurodivergent children. After relocating to Idaho five years ago, Logan transitioned to working with adults in residential rehabilitation, staying within the same field of care. In his downtime, Logan enjoys outdoor activities, with a particular love for camping and fishing.

Hamadi Sharifo
Administrator/QIDP

Hamadi, a social work master's graduate with 8+ years in Direct Care, including a clinical internship at Tidwell. He specializes in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, offering personalized care plans and emotional support. With skills in advocacy and crisis intervention, he builds strong relationships with clients and families.
